Dill

is a fragrant decorative plant of the parsley family with a long history of medicinal and culinary value. Good to use with fish dishes, salads and vegetable dishes. It enhances flavour and aids digestion.

Coriander

The dried aromatic coriander seed is widely used in spice mixtures and curry powders. Fresh it is particularly good with beetroot dishes and rubbed on to ham and pork before roasting. It also flavours stuffings for poultry and game.

Chervil

is one of the Lenten herbs and an essential herb in French cooking. Excellent in salads and salad dressings, with raw vegetables and in herb soup and sauces. Finely cut and warmed as a poultice gives relief to painful joints.
